My Little Christmas Elves!

Hyrum; "Look cute so Mom won't make you take pictures anymore."
Hyrum:" But that's what I really think about this!"
Hyrum: " Hmmm, I don't like wearing hats!"
Hyrum: " Ha ha. good bye hat! Besides, I did my hair really good today!"
Isaac:" Mom! How long is this going to take?! I have cousins to play with!"
Hyrum:" I don't care! I got my hat off. Na na na ny.
Mom: "Co-operate and it will go faster!!"
Mom: "Thanks! Now you can go play!" Isaac: "YES!!"
Mom: "I got what I wanted!"

What is this? A Star Wars Christmas?! Isaac and Ellie posing before everyone
gather's for pictures Christmas Eve.
Is everyone looking? Heaven's no! What do you expect? I do think this is a pretty good looking bunch. What do you think?? All 18 of us together for Christmas Pics -- Our last family picture was taken in 2008. - wait we took one in 2012 but it never made it to the frame for some reason.  I think is was about time for an update!
Aaaah, aren't they all so cute!! Yes Grandma and Grandpa, I mean you!

Here are the best ones of just us. Hyrum, you silly pants, get those fingers out of the mouth!! Isn't Isaac such a cheeser:)

November

Love my boys!! I can't believe how big they are getting
Hyrum's face cracks me up here! It's as if he is saying, "Oh brother Mom, do we have to take another picture?"
SOOOOO CUTE! These are his 8 Month picture.
We had quite the snowstorm early in November, but it has mostly melted off. I hope we have a white Christmas ---actually, with all our driving, may be it can stay away until January.

The is our Thankful Tree and a reminder to have an attitude of gratitude. We also made the Turkey had at preschool. The feathers on the back were made from paper where they traced and cut out their own hand prints. Pretty fun!!
Grandma and Grandpa came to hear Isaac sing and give his part in the Primary program. He was very first to stand up. Hyrum sang too!! Every time the kids sang, Hyrum "sung" along. Too cute:)
Doesn't this look like a pretty sharp little family?!
Isaac on (or near) Thanksgiving day.
Tyler is becoming quite the photographer. I'd say he has a pretty cute model to work with!
What is Thanksgiving all about?? Tyler: "Food, family, and Football!" Kara:"Food, Family, and Christmas crafting!" We were so busy doing all of these things that we forgot to take pictures. Tyler watched football literally all day. After the Macy's day parade and dinner, Mom and I crafted all evening ---and into the next few days!!

Look at Hyrum's hair!! I love it. Tyler says, "Cut it." NO WAY!! Sorry, I couldn't get him to look at me before the camera died.

7 Months and Cuter than Ever!

Have you ever tried to snap nakey tie pictures of a seven month old? He was eating the tie in most of the shots!

These two are only 5 days apart and oh so cute! Tessa just wanted to hug and love on Hyrum and he was not a fan! So funny:)
This may actually be closer to 6 months when he wasn't sitting up as well. That tie is so tiny! I had to laugh about the little suit it came with --- the shirt was too small (like a three month size) the pants are huge (may be 12 month) and the vest, well, you can't do a vest with not shirt or pants. the set was marked 6-9 months. Ya right!
 Love this handsome kiddo!!
Can you even tell they are brothers with such brown and blue contrasting eyes?? Look at the noses. They match!! Hyrum also has a cleft in his chin, you just can't see it as well as Isaac's in this pose.
 We hang out!
Everything goes to the mouth. You would be surprised at what can fit in there!

Isaac's 4th Birthday

These are a little out of order, but still cute!
Isaac was so excited for his birthday which ended up lasting about four days. Mom wanted to celebrate on Saturday since we had to go home on his actual birthday (Sunday the 19th.) He requested Stake and potatoes and of course Grandma delivered. They also made the fun dinosaur cake together while Tyler and I went to the Twin Falls Temple Saturday morning. Then we had his party at our house on the 21st. Hence, the four days of birthday for his fourth birthday.
The big scab on his nose is from the "cloths-lining" incident at the pumpkin patch a few days previous.
This is the Monster cake Isaac and I made together. The blue thing is it's nose and the white and pink things are the candies left over that Isaac stuck all over when we decided it needed something more!
Here he is on the new bike he got for his birthday (This was a few weeks previous to the 19th - possibly even in September. We have had a beautiful and even surprisingly warm fall this year - hence the shorts!)
I made fun little monster place mats and googly eye cups for the party - all of them were different, but Tyler didn't get a picture of the whole table.
Again the bike -- now the training wheels have been lowered so it's a little easier to ride. But, he still likes his Daddy to hold on to the seat - May be next summer he will really learn to ride it!
At Grandma Sue's -- no the dinosaurs are not edible (and Isaac will make sure you know that before having a piece!!

I must also note that Isaac did get a birthday freckle -- which is a tradition!! This one turned up on his thigh -- Hilarious and almost unbelievable but true:)

Trick-or-treating

The cousins had so much fun dressing up.
Pumpkin head :)
Look at that dinosaur tail. Too Funny!!
The perfect Halloween pic - on the porch of someone we don't know who had some super cute pumpkins. What a fun night!
The leaves were a big hit too!

The Pumpkin Patch

October 18th, 2014 We found a pumpkin patch in Twin Falls with Mom and Dad and went for a ride!

We had a yummy picnic in the park down in the canyon first

 Can you guess who?
This was so funny!! Mom told Isaac to make a face and pretend like the pumpkin was really heavy. His response..."It really is heavy!!"

Even Hyrum found the perfect pumpkin! (7 months)
