Play Practice

These pictures aren't the greatest, but we are practicing! Opening night is only 15 days away!

I've had fun and I'm glad I decided to try out. Practice every night doesn't leave a lot of room for other activities. I'm either at school or at play practice or I'm trying to sleep while still thinking about school or singing the songs from play practice. Whew. I get exhausted just reading that sentence! I'm looking forward to the actual performances!! The constuming and set are fantastic. hopefully the acting turns out as good!

Fall Break

It's over now and it's been a crazy week, but here are a few pictures of what we did!

As you can see this was messy activity! But we all had a good laugh. Except for may be Brayten who decided to eat the paint. Mmmm mom always said to eat your green vegetables. Green paint makes vegetables sound fantastic!

Grandma and Grandpa Gubler's 50th Wedding Anniversary

This weekend we had a fast and furious trip down to St. George to visit Grandma and Grandpa. Can you believe what can happen after fifty years of marriage. I was so impressed withthe family! I especially love this picture with the great-grand children. Aren't they cute?!! and so true to life we couldn't get them all to look at the camera. It's hard to smile when your little! I gave him the first three "pretty" Harry Pooter books. Tyler likes books, not just to read, but also to look at! I also made him a Totally Awesome Mac laptop card!!

Life happens

I feel like life just happens and I take little time to reflect. Since I auditioned for the play I have practices 3-4 nights a week. With a full time job and a YW calling I feel super busy, but I'm loving it! School is going so much better this year. I still feel overwhelmed, but it's different than last year. I'm having an easier time working with the kids this year. I know what to expect from them, and may be I've grown up a little bit too.

This weekend Tyler's grandparents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary so we're headed on a fast and furious trip to St. George. I'll have to take the camera and get some pictures to liven up the blog a bit!
